Hair Services Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance to secure your desired date and time.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will go toward the total cost of your service.
Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with proper notice may transfer the deposit to a new appointment.
Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and will be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment!
Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee.
Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes late.
Please arrive with your hair blown out, detangled, completely dry, and free of oils or products before your appointment.
No extra guests are allowed at appointments.
Remainder of payment is due at the end of your appointment.
Acceptable Payments: Cash, CashApp, Tap Pay.
Hair Services are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your service, please address it during your appointment.
