Refund & Exchange Policy

We value our customers & want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

  • All sales are final unless the product or service is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment once the item has been inspected and approved.

Hair or Nail Services

Once a hair or nail service has been completed, refunds are not available. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us during your appointment so that we can make reasonable adjustments.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital good, all sales are final.

We do not issue returns or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.
